We introducing our Extra-virgin and Organic olive oil " Terre di Zefiro".
It comes from virgin oil production only, artisan production, produced by grinding olives and extracting the oil by mechanical means (cold pressed), 
Cultivar (variety) “Carolea” .

The olive groves are located in the hills of Badolato e Santa Caterina sullo Jonio.


Badolato is a beautiful medieval Village in the heart of Magna Grecia (Calabria, South Italy). The old village is an amazing terrace in front of Ionic sea.

Our family has grown our olive trees from 3 generation with the same passion and love for quality and for the protection of our beautiful land.

Our product is the fruit of a millenary heritage heading back to the ancient Greek Civilization.

Zefiro (Zephyr) is the name of a wind, a gentle inspiring breeze which swells the sails of men’s  industriousness; a vital blow, sweet and benign, which blows from west and announces Spring.

The same wind Aeolus gave Ulysses to push his ship towards the beloved Ithaca.




Even today,
Zefiro (Zephyr) blows amongst the centennial olive trees, on the hills where Badolato, wonderful terrace on the Ionian Sea, rises.

Terre di Zefiro is an intense limpid yellow colour with light green hues.

Its aroma is ample and elegant, with hues of wild artichoke and notes of almond.

Its taste mellow and fine, with fragrant hues of basil, marjoram and field balm.


Used on salads, added at the table to soups and stews and for dipping. Fish and meat grilled/in the oven; perfect for "bruschetta" !
